If you have never done Yoga or Pilates…
Welcome! Most classes are open to all levels, even if you have no prior experience. Before class, please tell your instructor if you’re a beginner and if you have any past or present injuries or limitations. Treat your first few classes as a learning opportunity. Take the time to observe the techniques, movements and postures, and don’t worry about performing every exercise and posture. Just listen, learn and be present.
FLEX 10 Package
Your 10-Class package may be used for: all regularly scheduled weekly mat classes, including yoga, Pilates mat, strength and meditation (see Current Schedule); Pilates semi-private sessions (counts as two classes; prerequisites may apply); and some of our special programming, including guest teacher events, workshops or enrollments (check the event description to see if it’s compatible). Your FLEX 10 Package expires 90 days after ordering.
