Class Pricing & Packages
If you have never done Yoga or Pilates…
Welcome! Most classes are open to all levels, even if you have no prior experience. Before class, please tell your instructor if you're a beginner and if you have any past or present injuries or limitations. Treat your first few classes as a learning opportunity.
Take the time to observe the techniques, movements, and postures, and don't worry about performing every exercise and posture. Just listen, learn, and be present.
We offer Class Packages that may be used for all regularly scheduled weekly mat classes (in-house & virtual), including Yoga, Pilates mat, strength, and meditation (see Current Schedule). Mat Class credits may also be used for some of our special programmings, including guest teacher events or workshops (check the event description to see if it's compatible and how many credits it uses). You can now practice with us from the comfort of your home, our in our virtual studio classes! Just register online the way you normally would, and you'll receive a link to the Zoom class within 1 hour of class start time.
These sessions are scheduled by appointment, for 2 to 4 people, and are based upon teacher availability. They could feature our studio Pilates Equipment and The Great Yoga Wall, if desired. We offer a 6-Session Package for optimal savings.

Fees are due on or before the time of service—all sales final.
